Curtis Phil Hsu, winner of the 70thedition of the Maria Canals International Music Competition
Curtis Phil Hsu, a talented pianist and winner of the 70th Maria Canals International Music Competition, will be holding several concerts in 2026. Specifically:

Curtis began his musical career at the age of four. Born in Alabama and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, he honed his skills in the Mozarteum University's Pre-College Salzburg programme and is currently continuing his studies at the Hanover University of Music, Theatre and Media. His talent has been recognised with prizes in leading competitions such as the Hastings International Piano Concerto Competition and the Ettlingen International Piano Competition.
Winner of the 70th Maria Canals International Music Competition
Curtis Phil Hsu was recently crowned the winner of the 70th edition of the Maria Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona, where he dazzled with his performance of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1. This prestigious prize has been called the Fundación Occident Prize since 2018 in recognition of the foundation's work in support of music.
