Fundación Occident and our desire to work on improving the environment

At Fundación Occident, we think about the constant change and evolution of the environment, or rather, climate change. Based on this, we are also concerned about its care, conservation and regeneration.

Thanks to our collaboration with companies like Save the Med and Fundación Ecomar, we provide our efforts and resources to certain environmental projects to improve and care for our environment and, above all, social awareness in the face of the need to preserve the environment.

Fundación Occident and Ecoalf: Against marine litter

Fundación Occident joins Fundación Ecoalf’s "Clean Rivers, Save Oceans" project to combat marine pollution.

Clean Up Day Volunteering with the Fundación Ecomar

The Fundación Occident, in partnership with the Fundación Ecomar, organises annual corporate volunteering actions addressed to all GCO employees in which the idea is to work on sustainability, environmental stewardship and the circular economy.

Save The Med environmental awareness project

Save the Med Changemakers and Gamechangers projects: Environmental education and awareness programmes for school children and university students.

Gamechangers Project. Transforming production and consumption at the UIB

Save The Med, the UIB and Fundación Occident team up in the Gamechangers programme for students. Its goal is to reduce the use and consumption of disposable products.

Changemaker Project. Programme to raise awareness among students

The Save The Med programme seeks to raise students' awareness of plastic pollution and get them to come up with solutions.
