Lab Day - Dean's office programme with the CNIO

The main mission of the Dean's Office programme of the CNIO is to train young scientists, who represent 60% of the workforce, with the aim of maximising their potential and facilitating their professional development.

The Dean Office encourages the active participation of predoctoral students and postdoctoral researchers, promoting a different way of thinking, encouraging students to participate in the activities devoted to the celebration of the Lab Day at the CNIO Student's headquarters in their Lab Day 2022 presentation to communicate progress in the CNIO to the general public, in talks aimed at young visiting researchers, as well as in informative and training activities, among many other actions.

The Dean's Office programme celebrates Lab Day annually with the support of Fundación Occident in a highly dynamic internal event in which students and young researchers exhibit their work and interact with the attending public. The day is wrapped up with the presentation of prizes in several categories.
